SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All orders are processed within 24-48 Hours by USPS.
Personalized items allow up to 2 weeks.
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 10 days of the original ship date. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ship back via trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. All items must be unworn, free of smoke, pet hair, and any odors. All TOYS and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE. All CLEARANCE ITEMS and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If you receive a gift from our store, you are welcome to exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit. If you opt for store credit, we will send you a store credit code via email. We do not offer any refunds at this time. The only reason a full refund should be issued is if you receive a damaged item. We do not offer price adjustments.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
